Submit Property Features
Before a user, agent, or agency is allowed to submit a property, they must first purchase a package. When they click the “Submit Property” button, the system will prompt them to choose a package—Standard, Premium, or Extended.
Once a package has been purchased, it will appear at the top of the page. If multiple packages were purchased, the user can select the desired one to proceed to the submission form.
After the property is submitted, the system will automatically deduct one post from the selected package and display the number of posts used and how many remain.
Users can also click or tap the information (“i”) icon to view a popup message that explains the feature in more detail.


The image below shows the “Submit Property” form. Most fields are self-explanatory. A key feature is the location input: when the agent enters a location keyword, a Google Map appears, allowing them to select an address. The chosen address is then automatically filled into the form, along with its corresponding latitude and longitude.
