Please note that unlike Android, iOS does not allow the direct export or sharing of installation files like .apk. Apple requires apps to be installed through the App Store or TestFlight, and sharing standalone installation files is not supported.

That said, I’d like to share that the following iOS app has been successfully listed on the App Store as a way to demonstrate my ability to create and publish iOS apps:
